The seminar aimed at addressing the new trends in youth participation based on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), through a constructive exchange of information and practices amongst the main stakeholders in the field of youth participation.

This seminar intended to provide space and means for youth researchers, policy-makers, youth organisations and young people practising new ways of participation based on Information and Communication Technologies (“eparticipation” 1), to explore this issue together and to develop strategies on how they can be implemented in youth work practice, youth educational programmes, youth
research and policy.
