Accademia Europea in
Florence is a cultural association founded in 1992 to promote the
European dimension of learning for an employment policy directed
towards an international framework and it is an accredited training
agency within the fields of guidance and vocational training.
In particular, Accademia
Europea wants to answer the need of improvement of the employability
for the youth and the adults in Europe, by promoting the research and
the innovation of:

Training courses and
learning processes in formal and non formal frameworks

Guidance activities
-
Work placements in
Italy and abroad

Planning and
management of vocational training routes
-
Integration or
reinstatement processes of the unemployed into the job market, also
through the use of new technologies

Provisions and
training credits with the relative acknowledgement at European level
THE AREAS OF ACTIVITY
Accademia Europea in
Florence promotes and manages, on it’s own or on behalf of other
bodies, the following activities:

courses for Italians and foreigners

Non formal training
courses for young people, social workers and teachers on
intercultural learning and human rights education.

self-entrepreneurship

Final and financial
reports of national and European projects in the frame of European
funds

research and experimentation of new training systems, credit
acknowledgement and professional qualification

want to develop professional, linguistic, social and transversal
skills in order to improve their possibility of employment

and social workers interested in projects and training activities
regarding intercultural learning and human rights education in
formal and non formal frameworks

Public Bodies,
interested in carrying out projects and activities in the field of
training, youth and work policies.

schools, profit or no profit organizations involved in planning and
management of activities within the European Social Fund, Leonardo
da Vinci, Youth Programme and other European initiatives.
